| Q: What are the HOA dues? |
| A: For 2017 the HOA dues are $900.00 for non lakefront and $1000.00 for lakefront properties. |
| Q: What type of mailbox is required and where do I find one? |
| A: A custom mailbox is $390.00 and is paid for at closing of the new lot purchase. Your builder can pick up the mailbox at the CasaBella sales office. |
| Q: Are there architectural requirments? |
| A: Yes. All homes must have side entry garages, tile roof, and brick paver driveways. More details are in the covenants in the "Documents" section of our website. |
